Objectives

By implementing the project, we want to support the efforts of schools to reduce inequalities among students and provide conditions for the better development of all students equally. The school's work will be enriched through artists and their works, as well as various organizations with which they will be in contact all the time throughout the project. We want that after the end of the project, the positive practices created during the implementation of project activities will continue to be used in all schools, as well as schools in the vicinity, which will be familiar with examples of good practice. Innovative solutions that were designed during the realization of the project represent a permanent form, method, and way of working for a large number of teachers. We want every school to have a place (for example the Art Lab) that all students can use with their teachers.

Activities

All partners created an Erasmus+ corner for the project and presented all project activities there to the whole school. Before each mobility, all partners prepared lesson plans, carried out activities in classrooms or outside of school, took photos and videos, presented them in a film or PPT to partners and put them on eTwinning and shared all this among partners. We used the artwork in our classrooms and wrote down all the steps of the activity to publish a project book and distribute it to other teachers and schools. We got to know the traditional art of our partners. Our students got to know the paintings of Turkish, Serbian, Romanian, Italian painters, sculptures and statues of sculptors from the partner countries, and based on that they made their own paintings and sculptures. During the project, through the planning and implementation of activities, the awareness of all actors was continuously raised about the importance of environmental protection and the necessity of recycling. In order to promote linguistic diversity, a multilingual dictionary on the subject of art was created. We contributed to the development of digital skills among teachers, students and parents by applying innovative methods.

Impact

-Students with developmental difficulties, as well as those students who were not sufficiently involved in the life and work of the school, were given the opportunity to become more involved and contribute through project activities and thus feel like useful members of the community. - The work of the school has been enriched through getting to know the work of different artists and their works, as well as through cooperation with various artistic organizations. - Introducing and using art in school through all subjects, in a different and more interesting way for strudents. -Enrichment of teaching with new teaching methods, which increased motivation for learning among students and motivation for work among teachers. -Getting to know the culture, mentality and way of working in partner schools broadened the knowledge and perspectives of all teachers and resulted in new knowledge, an understanding of diversity that will enrich the daily work of all partner schools. -Printing of a book containing examples of good practice that many teachers in partner and other schools will be able to use. - Creation of a multilingual dictionary (6 different languages) on the subject of art - Formation of an art lab at school
