2. The aim of the mobility was to provide students with practical training in the realistic conditions of agriculture, food production and processing. By implementing the project, our goals were to strengthen quantitative and qualitative values in professional education. Through schools´ cooperation and mobility activities, we have provided better quality of education and facilitated the flow of labor on the European labor market. By participating in the project, the students upgraded and perfected the practical skills and competencies they acquired at school through regular classes as they were attending practical classes abroad. This made them adaptable to the demands of the labor market, starting their own business and establishing mixed international mini-companies. While working in production, students strengthened their sense of responsibility and work discipline. Through the implementation of the project, each school had the possibility of implementing and using modern ICT technologies in the realization of their educational profiles´curriculum. The project is a kind of support for the professional development of teachers through mastering European standards in secondary vocational education.
