Objectives

We wanted to achieve the development of competences and digital skills of adult educators working in the organisations of the applicant (development of training skills through the introduction of the use of mentoring) and the project partner (strengthening the impact of the company on the topic of prevention in the field of mental health) through effective media and marketing communication. The aim of both organisations was ultimately to increase the quality and development of the services provided. ALKP: To learn how to use mentoring skills with advanced tutors (increase competences), to develop the skills of beginning lecturers through mentoring, to develop the organisation through a new service - the providing of mentoring, to initiate transnational cooperation with the CD, to enrich each other in the field of development in adult education. CD: to develop media presentation and communication skills on a personal and corporate level, to acquire key skills for active interaction on social networks, to improve the company's impact on the topic of mental health and other topics through effective media and marketing communication on social networks, to establish cooperation with ALKP.

Impact

QUANTITATIVE OUTPUTS OF ALKP: 1 certified mentor training for 8 advanced lecturers, 2x mentor´s follow ups, 8 video outputs on lecturing skills, 16 infographics on the topic lecturing skills, 8 online group mentoring meetings, 64 one to one online mentoring meetings, 1x mentoring manual for mentors and mentees. QUALITATIVE OUTCOMES ALKP: learning of mentoring skills of advanced lecturers, improvement of lecturing skills of beginning lecturers, development of digital skills of mentors and mentees, providing of the mentoring services in the peoffer of ALKP, inclusion of disabled and disadvantaged people, people on the maternity leave and people living in rural and remote regions who face socio-economic difficulties networking into this projekt, engaging to a transnational cooperation with a foreign partner. PROJECT´S PARTNER: CD QUANTITATIVE OUTPUTS: 1 media and marketing communication training (8 employees trained), 1x educational-promotional material on the topic of mental health support in companies.
