▶Objectives
The main aim of the project was to enrich the existing slovake.eu e-learning platform with new, migration-focused materials, offering free and user-friendly access to essential Slovak language resources. Additionlly, the following objectives were defined: 1. Addressing Changing Migration Trends: Developing materials that meet the practical needs of newcomers, particularly those arriving from Eastern Europe and other regions where conventional language instruction of the Slovak language may be inaccessible. 2. Enhanceing Practical Language Skills: Shifting the focus from tourism-oriented content to real-life scenarios so learners gain crucial day-to-day language skills that facilitate integration, employment, and social acceptance. 3. Promoting Inclusivity and Accessibility: Provision of interactive lessons in 15 languages, thereby creating learning opportunities for adult learners in rural or socio-economically challenged areas who may lack conventional language courses. 4. Fostering Social Inclusion: Delivering a relevant, high-quality learning tool that is entirely free of charge, ensuring smooth language acquisition for labor migrants, family migrants, and student exchange participants alike.
