Needs Analysis for Vocational Training in Railway Engineering: One of the main objectives of our project was to identify the needs of professionals working in the field of railway engineering. Preparation of Internationalisation Strategy Plan: Within the scope of the project, it was to create a strategy plan to play a more effective role at the international level in the field of railway engineering. Establishment of International Civil Society Dialogue: The project aimed to establish a dialogue between railway engineers from different countries, transcending national borders. The aim of this dialogue was to contribute to the development of the sector at an international level by encouraging the exchange of knowledge and experience. High Quality and Innovative Vocational Training: As a result of our project, it was aimed to adopt an innovative vocational training approach with high quality standards for railway engineers. Adapting to Digital and Green Transition: The network created under the project was to guide railway engineers on important issues such as digitalisation and sustainability.
