we aimed to contribute to the professionalization of organisations, to increase the knowledge and develop professional and digital competencies of experts in order support Integration of immigrant Women; to promote social inclusion, integrating immigrant women into society and the labour market to increase the socio-cultural integration of immigrant women living in Turkey and European countries with women in their communities and to contribute to improving the quality and increasing the intensity and volume of cooperation between institutions promoting employability and employment of immigrant women by creating, developing and strengthening national and transnational partnership. We aimed to identify the success factors of good practices to support and to promote integration of immigrant women into the society and labour market, to support their informal education and improving IT skills, to create a platform for sharing and exchanging experience between professionals in the field of immigrant’s support at national and international level, to contribute to a long-term cooperation, cultural interaction and exchange of experiences with Turkey on immigrant women living in European societies

the implemented activities were listed in relation to the planned results: 1. Scientific Review Activities: Development of the Scientific Review methodology Analysis of policies and their implementation at the EU level and national level; identifying successes and results; Sorting, comparison and synthesis of data;Preparation of the Scientific Review; Publishing the Scientific Review (in extract) in professional journals, periodicals and online 2. Technical Handbook on Immigrant Women in Host Countries Activities: Preparation of workshop topics; Creation of a design/structure of the Technical Handbook; Technical Handbook content preparation; Visualization of the Technical Handbook, creation of a graphic design; Translation of the Technical Handbook in the national languages and Distribution of the Technical Handbook 3. Mentoring Program for Professionals to Support Integration of Immigrant Women in the form of Blended-learning Activities: Creation of a design/structure of the Mentoring Program; Development of the draft version of the Mentoring Program; Optimization of the content of the Mentoring Program; Production of the final version of the Mentoring Program 4. Blended-learning Training Modules for Immigrant Women Activities: Development of draft curriculum;Preparation of the pedagogical template ;Creation of the training programme/educational materials; Define evaluation methods to test the training programme, assess educational materials; Recruitment of participants in educational activities and pilot testing, final version 5. Educational and Inspirational Videos for Immigrant Women Activities: Preparation of the structure and topics of the online classroom, division of topics between partners ; Preparation of scripts in English for individual topics, commenting on content, preparation of the final version of scripts; Adaptation of scripts into national languages; Video preparation via freely available software; Preparation of national versions of videos; Evaluation by training participants, incorporation of comments and preparation of the final version 6. Recreational Modules and Implementation Activities: Creation of a design/structure of the Recreational Modules; Development of the draft version of the Recreational Modules; Optimization of the content of the Recreational Modules; Practical implementation of the recreational Modules and Production of the final version of the Recreational Modules 7. Interactive Learning Platform The project is obtaining information from the transnational environment on examples of good practices and successful methods and their impacts that can facilitate the process of integrating immigrant women into society; also we supported improving professional and digital competences of experts and mentoring and counselling services for immigrant women and their families. multiplier events allowed for the exchange of experience at national level, positively influence the networking of experts and cross-sectoral cooperation. Also partner organizations become more professional and international; the level and focus of beneficiaries on the services of interested organizations were increased ; mutual respect and understanding between immigrant women and the host country community was increased; development of knowledge, professional and key competences of immigrant women were supported and transnational cooperation with institutions working in the field of social inclusion of immigrant women and their families was improved.
