Shared Knowledge Makes us Better

The education is affected by COVID-19 last one and half year. All players at the educational field had to develop and extend their teaching methods and approaches. The Bulgarian organization "Obuchenie" already has very good experience and skills in the implementation of multimedia content in the trainings and in the educational materials and wants to start offering training courses not only face to face but to transform them to online ones. But they need to develop new skills and knowlege for effective shift towards distance or hybrid training. The distance/online training is clearly different from regular one. That is why from "Obuchenie", we decided to apply for this project and for a fund, together with an organisation, with expertize in platforms for distance learning and eassessment. The Turkish organisation ERA is a newcomer, with one year experience, but has expertize and provides adult trainings about online platforms for distance learning and for e-assessment. But ERA needs to make the educational materials more multimedia based. The multimedia content is an essential part of today's content marketing strategies. This project will help ERA to gain such experience.

The project objectives are: 1.The partner organisations to extend their existing innovative approaches and training programs to meet the adult learners' needs 2.To increase the capacity of both organisations to manage an effective shift towards digital education when it is necessary 3.To ensure the transfers of competences, EU regulation standards and recommendations to the partner organisations 4.To change the traditional ways of providing the educational materials to the learners with environment saving green practices

Project management activities: administrative tasks, virtual meetings among partners, preparation of communication materials, preparation and follow-up of participants taking part in activities, evaluations etc. Implementation activities: - 2 job shadowing at the partner organisations, - 2 learning teaching training activities. Sharing activities: - 1 webinar for presenting the project objectives - 12.04.2022 , - 1 webinar for dissemination of the outputs - online activity on Zoom on 28.02.2023. - publications of the results on different platforms. http://it-obuchenie.com/shareknowledgemakeusbetter.html

-The teaching tools and methods used by the organisations will be extended and improved - the Bulgarian partner will extend face to face trainings to distance ones.
