โถObjectives
Through the implementation of this transnational cooperation, we wanted to explore working models and mechanisms to support and improve the way VET providers engage with the business and empower them to effectively identify and engage the most suitable companies for WBL provision. To create real impact, we also aimed at equipping (during the project implementation) 20 WBL contact persons from Bulgaria and Austria with relevant technical non-pedagogical expertise that is necessary for the successful initiation of WBL partnerships between VET providers and companies. To sustain the achieved results, we also wanted to exchange knowledge within the partnership on the role and responsibilities of the WBL Contact Person and collectively develop a tangible output, i.e., Guidelines on how to establish effective WBL partnerships, both at IVET and CVET level. To guarantee the wider use of our results, we aimed at informing key stakeholders of the project results through disseminating information about its achievements and engaging the target group in testing and piloting. Finally, our longer-term goal is to enable VET providers to select and 'mobilise' companies that would deliver relevant for the apprentices WBL experiences.
