All activities of the project "Sustainable Youth Integration", No. 2021-2-BG01-KA210-YOU-000051128, were aimed at encouraging young people to be more active participants in the labor market. The MAIN OBJECTIVE of the project was: Creating a partnership between Association "Youth Institute for Development" (BG) and Asociatia "Zold Nap" (RO) to identify, transfer and implement innovative practices in the field of youth employment by building a virtual youth career center with access to an innovative web-based career guidance platform with adapted artificial intelligence to facilitate finding suitable job positions according to the individual requirements of young people. The SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES of the project were: • Implementation of partnership cooperation in terms of exchange of experience, good practices and models for ensuring sustainable youth employment; • Building partnerships with a focus on the field of employment in the two participating countries and to identify and implement priorities and actions, to find solutions to common problems; • Increasing public awareness, through dissemination and transfer of the innovative results, a consequence of the applied practice.
