Objectives

The main goal was divided into the following specific objectives: 1. Innovation of curricula, study plans, and educational materials Under this objective, there was an update and innovation of educational materials in adult education courses in the field of electrical engineering and automotive electronics, as well as in the fields of study such as IT Technician, Mechatronics, Mechanical Adjuster, Electromechanic for Equipment and Devices, Auto Electrician – eAuto Mechanic, and Autotronics. 2. Enhancement and improvement of classrooms for teaching in the fields of Automotive Electronics and Electrical Engineering This objective involved the acquisition of new teaching equipment and aids. The purchased aids are further described in the project's Final Report, which is attached. 3. Enhancement and improvement of didactics and methodology The didactics and methodology of the relevant courses and subjects were improved by incorporating new teaching aids, training of lecturers, teachers, and vocational training masters in their use, and innovation of educational materials.

Activities

As part of the project, the following activities were implemented: 1. Analysis of data and detailed benchmark scenario 2. On-site survey for benchmarking 3. Benchmarking - determination of potential for increasing the attractiveness of education These three activities were consolidated into one introductory activity as a project change: Preparation of partner benchmarking - determination of potential for increasing the attractiveness of education. Sub-steps: On-site survey Questionnaire survey Identification of strengths and development potential, formulation of recommendations for educational innovation 4. Implementation of measures to increase attractiveness and improve education. Sub-steps: Procurement of educational aids, training of teachers Innovation of educational materials 5. Pilot implementation of innovative education Sub-steps: Implementation of 6 months of education with innovative teaching materials and new aids Gathering feedback 2nd round of questionnaire survey to evaluate the state of education in the relevant areas 6. Final report - evaluation of project benefits Sub-steps: Drafting, presenting, and publishing the final project report. Formulation of further steps for mutual cooperation

Impact

In the project, we achieved the following specific outputs: - Conducted initial data analysis - Conducted on-site survey of teaching methods in the relevant fields at the organizations of both partners. - Conducted questionnaire survey among participants in education, lecturers, and employees, aiming to evaluate the current state and potential for development of education in the electrical fields. - Created the project logo and leaflets for promotional purposes. - Procured educational aids for courses and subjects in the relevant fields, and provided training for teachers in their use. - Innovation of educational materials for the relevant subjects and courses. - Pilot testing of education, implementation of all sub-measures into the education process. - Conducted final questionnaire survey among participants in education, lecturers, and employees, aiming to evaluate the status at the end of the project and further potential for development of education in the electrical fields. - Compilation of the final report. - Formulation of further cooperation steps - topic of Renewable Energy Sources (RES).
