With this project, we aimed to strengthen international cooperation and improve skills together with our partners. Social changes (digitalization, climate change, the trend towards polarization, growing diversification of the target group) challenge us to think more flexibly, to adapt previous formats, and to work together to find solutions. In a first step, we explored the meaning of humanistic values and their relevance for solving today's challenges. In a second step, we developed new approaches to reach young people with these messages. The focus was on user-centered project development, agile project management, digital tools, low-barrier/interactive/participatory projects, and transnational formats. The joint learning units and the sharing of experiences in the development and implementation of projects in the consortium led to further development of competencies regarding project management, blended learning formats, 'green twinning' and evaluation methods.

We started with a joint information phase in which we looked at the influence of the Humanists on the values of Europe and at project development and project management. This information was processed by all partners on site and supplemented by their own research and projects. In the learning activity, we tried out the project 'Reuchlin digital' in Pforzheim and learned various modern methods and digital formats for the contemporary communication of European values to young people. On this basis, all partners developed their own projects in their city with the respective target group. The experiences and findings from the projects were evaluated in the evaluation months (alternating lead of the partners). In addition, each partner conducted a short training session for the consortium in their evaluation month. At the final event in Frankfurt, an overall evaluation of the contents and the course of the project was carried out and it was noted how the partners would like to anchor, continue and disseminate the experiences gained and successful formats in their organisations.

The partners were able to expand their digital competences as well as their knowledge and skills in project management, project development, European values and climate protection. The positive experiences and enrichment through international cooperation were particularly valuable. Testing new formats, young people in Osijek created explanatory videos on Johannes Reuchlin, humanism and European values, as well as a script and a film about Reuchlin's life and humanism. Czestochowa presented an exhibition with a digital quiz, lectures and workshops on humanism and tolerance, Vicenza developed the Academy for Humanism and Work 'Human Work', which has been offering free weekly webinars starting in autumn 2022. Pforzheim offered school packages consisting of variable modules and organised an international video clip competition and an Instagram action on the theme 'My object of humanity'.
