We would like to take up the interest in vocational pedagogical know-how and, by providing action-oriented, i.e. combined learning and working, get into conversation with interested European educational institutions and build up cross-border cooperation. In this context, however, we would also like to learn and understand how vocational training and further education generally works in other European countries and to what extent vocational pedagogy can find its way there in order to contribute to improvement, promotion and further development.

Our activities consisted of: - Travel and exchange meetings to Lithuania (also digital) with a total of 2 face-to-face meetings - Conducting courses and seminars in Lithuania within the two face-to-face meetings and also regularly via the webinar platform edudip - Conducting courses and seminars in Germany i.R. of a 5-day transnational meeting - Translations of all work and loan materials created, regular email communication and the end product (HANDBOOK BestPractice in three languages) - Development of learning materials during the entire project period and according to the project progress - Travel and exchange meetings to Germany (also digital) by a delegation of seven (vocational rehabilitation trainers) from Lithuania - Additional activities / other activities: project management, documentation, dissemination activities, recruitment, digitization, administration

In the course of the project, numerous concrete outputs were created. In detail it is about: Reports, New methodologies / techniques, training materials, Reports from conferences / events, 1 Leaflet, photos and 1 video, Toolkits, 1 Guide, Tutorial, Others: Feedback from partner, Results of tests evaluating skills and knowledge, Memorandum of understanding, feedback from partner, Vulnurability analysis of project-application: Weaknesses and Strenghts, Application of quality assurance systems, Newsletter, Social media coverage, Figures of performance of dissemination, Assessment of informal and non-formal learning and 1 individual Establishment of partnership, Exchange of ideas and good practices Endresult: HANDBOOK - BestPractice
