All key outcomes of the project – including the modular training materials, practical methodological toolkits, and the comprehensive iLEAP Coach Manual – have been made freely available through the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform. This platform ensures public access to the materials even after the official end of the project, enabling educational institutions, trainers, and other interested stakeholders to make sustainable use of the developed content and adapt it to their own contexts. In addition, all partner organizations have uploaded the materials to their respective institutional websites and actively promoted them through various communication channels. This has significantly contributed to the visibility and dissemination of the project results. A particular strength of the project lies in the openness of the provided resources: all documents in the toolbox are fully editable and can be freely used by anyone. This not only facilitates broader dissemination but also encourages individual adaptation and integration of the content into diverse educational settings – whether in vocational training, higher education, or non-formal learning environments.

As part of the project, several well-coordinated activities were carried out to design and implement the iLEAP Coach training programme. The starting point was a comprehensive needs analysis, which identified specific challenges and support requirements faced by teachers and trainers in the field of inclusive vocational education and training. Based on these findings, modular training units were developed, addressing key topics such as communication, digital teaching and learning formats, competence-based learning, and individualized learner support in a practical and accessible way. The content development took place in close collaboration among all project partners during transnational working meetings. These meetings served to jointly align, refine, and ensure the quality of the training modules. In addition, a wide range of practice-oriented resources were created – including a comprehensive handbook, a methodological toolkit, and digital learning materials – all of which are openly accessible and designed for flexible use. To ensure sustainable use and broad transferability, the results were disseminated through the websites and networks of the participating organizations.

During the course of the project, a variety of activities were carried out to develop and implement the iLEAP Coach training program. Initially, the project partners collaborated in several international meetings to establish the content structure of the modular training. Building on this, individual modules were designed and continuously refined to ensure practical applicability and effectiveness. Additionally, a digital toolkit was created, containing practical materials, exercises, and templates to provide teachers and trainers with flexible and targeted resources. All developed materials were produced in multiple languages and published digitally, ensuring broad accessibility and use across all participating countries. This approach enabled the project to deliver a sustainable and focused training program tailored to the needs of the target group.
