During the program, we would like our colleagues to get to know the Kedvesház [Precious-house] Program and to implement the learned methodology into their daily work. Kindergarten pedagogues, teachers, and staff working in the mission field learned about several methodological elements that provide an opportunity to develop rules and to get to know children and families better. Through close professional cooperation with the consortium partner, we wanted to create a professional workshop to provide real fellowship for those professionals who work in two different countries but share the same mother tongue, and who work among families and children often with similar or same difficulties. During our work, we often encounter the same life situations and we wanted to share and exchange our good practices, the techniques, and tools we use in our work. Another important goal of the project was to have an indirect effect on social exclusion. The perception of Roma society is very negative in both countries, they have to deal with many stereotypes and obstacles.
