The main goal and result were to create a methodological system that supports the establishment and operation of the international branches of the practice enterprises, which enables the students in vocational training to gain international business experience even in their own homes. Without international partners, only poor results would be achieved, since the central element of the project was cooperation between nations, as well as working together on a common project with people who have a different linguistic and cultural background. The project enables the students to put what they learned in the classroom into practice, to work on the international stage, overcoming travel restrictions or other obstacles and disadvantages. The international cooperation and the selection of partners enable the sustainability of the project and the raising of the project to a higher level for European and international schools, educational companies and networks, thereby exerting a positive influence on the target group beyond the project's lifetime. The students can practice business English and business cultural norms. The project supports the innovation of vocational education and the methodological renewal of vocational teachers.

Deák Technical School participated in the implementation of the project as project manager. We agreed on the date of the online meetings via doodle, and then sent the draft of the meeting to the partners by e-mail. In August 2022, after many revisions and re-planning, all partners accepted the budget and the distribution of tasks, after which two partners unexpectedly notified us of their withdrawal. After that, we looked for new partners, with whom we continued the application without any problems, achieving the original goals. Maintaining contact, coordinating tasks, scheduling, requesting and checking reports. It was all part of our task to ensure the financing correctly and according to the agreement. We took a significant part in the writing of the Guide, which is the final result of the project, and we were also responsible for the editing, incorporating feedback and finalisation. We kept in constant contact with the partners and we held personal meetings (twice in Győr, once in Nagyvárád), and in Ingolstadt the project manager met with the German partners. We also undertook the full organization and conduct of the international conference and exhibition. We believe we have implemented all major tasks of the project.

The concrete output is the Methodology Guide in 5 languages at present. By raising the practice enterprise to an international level, which can be operated by cross-border school collaborations, it is possible for students from across borders to cooperate, to operate a joint practice enterprise, where different departments are managed from different classrooms by students from the partner schools of the consortium.One of the pivotal goals and outcomes of the project for both students and instructors is to learn and know how to adapt to new and different business environments. The advantage of this is that it is possible to involve disadvantaged groups even more widely, with an emphasis on inclusion, within the concept of multinational practice enterprise branches. The goal of the project was to involve disadvantaged students in the implementation of the project, which can be verified by all partners in choosing students for the MPE. All partners also achieved their own expected results, mostly to create and/or to revive PE training and use it for online trading, for foreign language practice and for networking for future successful collaborations both from the point of view of VET students and VET teachers, trainers, mentors
