The 'A.W.AR.E.N.E.S.' project aims to equip staff assisting women victims of violence with tools to foster their social and economic reintegration. The main objectives include the development of a toolkit with two teaching modules focusing on awareness of the vicissitudes experienced and the development of entrepreneurial skills. The project contributes to the improvement of practitioners' skills through transnational mobility and knowledge exchange. Furthermore, it aims to promote inclusion by training women victims of violence, supporting them in acquiring new knowledge and skills to overcome the economic and social disadvantage resulting from the violence they have suffered. The creation of a Moodle platform offers a further tool for continuous exchange on educational and methodological challenges. In summary, the project aims at enhancing the capacities of the staff and women involved to deal with the impacts of violence and to foster their success in the social and working context.
