The project aspired to change the perspective on the crisis, in particular linked with the food system, and see it as an opportunity to re-imagine the future by taking individual and collective responsibility, starting with teachers and students, for sustainable growth and inclusive society. ESCAPE project aimed at providing high school teachers and trainers with an innovative, more effective tool to teach climate change and raise awareness on the environmental impact of daily approach to food consumption based on the methodology of Escape games, adding the emotional dimension to the learning experience of teachers/training and providing them the elements to recreate it in classes year after year.
