The project aimed to outline, structure and support the establishment of a light and efficient transnational network between the partners, such as organizations sharing the same cultural roots and values, with a view to mutual enrichment and improvement and innovation of early childhood services , placing its planning, delivery and functioning methods in the European cultural dimension. In particular, it seemed useful to implement a training exchange on several levels, educational and administrative, managerial and strategic, to improve the skills of individuals and of the organizations themselves useful for dealing with the change taking place in relation to the needs of children who attend services, addressing in particular the dimension of inclusion and that of digitization, both from an educational and didactic point of view and from an administrative and management support point of view.
