Good school, good busines.
โถSummary
3 different institutions have formed a partnership to increase schools' commitment to students' personal and professional development, improving their critical and creative thinking, promoting an entrepreneurial mindset that will serve them and their communities in the future. In a century where creativity, innovation, critical thinking and digital competencies are key to success, we believe it is our mission to guide and support students in acquiring them. We believe that school partnerships have increased students' motivation, their commitment to learning, opened their minds to different ideas and facilitated their understanding of the business world. It has made it possible to compare and contrast social and economic systems, thus better preparing them to analyze the potential of a business idea in different social and economic contexts. Thanks to Erasmus+, we learned about different approaches to entrepreneurship. We gained insight into local economies and needs, and our students were able to work together to meet those needs. We are part of the EU, coming from different places where we encountered different social and economic contexts, different needs and interests. This made the opportunity more rewarding and attractive.
โถObjectives
Through the implementation of our project, we wanted to achieve the following goals: 1. enable participants to learn about new cultures and develop intercultural competence 2. develop students' entrepreneurial mindset, providing them with a context for developing common business ideas and a smooth transition into the business world 3.improve students' soft skills to facilitate their professional development - critical and analytical thinking, communication, creativity, etc., thus facilitating their transition to the world of work 4.Improve students' confidence in unfamiliar contexts and their language skills 5.improve the European dimension of the school through cooperation with other schools and transfer of best practices. Our objectives were and are consistent with the priorities set by the European Commission and published in the Programme. The increase in the social and educational value of European cultural heritage, its contribution to job creation, economic growth and social cohesion was an important cross-cultural component and was based on the principle of cross-cultural learning. Students from different countries collaborated, learned together and communicated to achieve the same goal.
