â¶Summary
The project was a response to the needs of our and our partner organization on many levels: the entity to gain an experienced partner for substantive activities and learning the implementation of Erasmus + Projects, staff underwriting skills and qualifications, children happy growth and openness to change The project was about the needs of 1) exchange and acquiring knowledge and experience of the teaching staff based on international cooperation 2) Getting to know the methods, forms and teaching aids in education used in an experienced Portuguese entity. 3) Improving the quality of support provided by the staff to children in the area of ââpreparation for the transition from kindergarten to school, including in particular with regard to the existing deficits and special needs among the charges. 4) Increasing the leader's experience in the area of ââproject implementation and management. 5) Ensuring individual professional development of the teaching staff operating in the field of pre-school education and providing the teacher with a substantive tool (curriculum) necessary for the proper preparation of children.
â¶Objectives
Our main goal was to gain experience and determine the best practices in preparing a preschooler for the transition from pre-school education to primary school, with particular emphasis on children with social adjustment disorders, sensory integration and autism. pre-school education to school education, including children with special needs. The following activities were carried out as part of the project: 1) International project meeting Portugal on 15-17 June 2022, 2) Dissemination events in the form of workshops for parents, representatives of institutions and organizations 3) International project meeting Poland on 13-15 December 2022. 4) Correct implementation was possible thanks to the task: Project management
â¶Impact
The results of the project are: 1) development of teachers' substantive competences related to pre-school education based on the exchange of experiences, 2) development of teachers' psychological and pedagogical competences based on observation of the work of Portuguese partners, 3) implementation of new educational activities in the Polish institution in connection with the knowledge obtained in during the workshops 4) increasing the capacity of the facility in terms of effective social and personal adaptation of the child to the change of the stage of education, 5) increasing the effects of supporting the child in shaping the ability to adapt to new conditions, overcoming fears and positively mobilizing, 6) more effective support for children with social adjustment disorders, sensory integration and autism in terms of preparation for the next stage of education by developing and implementing a program.
