O1 Expanding the learning offers and social integrative actions in at least 3 creative domains for each participant NGO by cooperation interchanges in the cultural areas between all staff members of 4 participating organizations O2 Increase the number of disadvantaged learners from each organization that will participate in volunteering, environment protection and socio-cultural activities by upskilling them and facilitate their participation in international cultural events from the 3 countries. Results and priorities R1 -12 educational trainers ( 3 staff members from each participating organization) increased abilities and competences for organization of diversified learning offers for creation of innovative upskilling educational programs accessible for disadvantaged learners linked with priority "Creating upskilling pathways, improving accessibility and increasing take-up of adult education". R2 -40 disadvantaged learners to have better skills and increased self-confidence and to be able to participate with their creative works in international cultural events was linked with priority Inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, youth and sport.
