NO to BULLYING

In the context in which today's society is confronted on a large scale with the phenomenon of violence in all its aspects, our school is not bypassed when we find that students have and develop behaviors that are not compatible with harmonious human relationships. If we add that there are families in which such a climate prevails, we can say that there are situations in which the school remains alone to combat this phenomenon. I applied for this project following a test that showed why children do not feel well at school, reject school activities, have low school results, they have low self-esteem, are distrustful, shy and depressed, absent from school. Whether they are children with aggressive behaviors or not, families with high education or not, everyone wants to find school a safe environment. The proximity to the city of Focsani is a factor that added to the phenomenon of violence, contributes to the departure of students from our school and the decrease of the number of school population. This project, through its implementation and visibility at local, regional and international level, we believe it will contribute to reducing the intensity of these phenomena.

By implementing the project we wanted to achieve: adopting the best teaching methods used in partner schools to involve play and cooperation, sharing tasks and responsibilities between students, teamwork; knowledge of the rights of the child, the importance they have in the formation of human behavior and personality, the need to defend these rights when they are violated; knowing the strategies that a student can adopt in front of an aggressor to change his behavior; forming positive behaviors in students at an early age so as to prevent aggressive behavior, knowing how to manifest cyberbullying, how to defend when we are victims of cyberbullying, how we can help a child who has fallen victim to cyberbullying; develop skills to solve problems, make decisions, communicate in English, develop ICT skills.

The following activities were implemented: Sample games - Game-based learning and their effects on students; Outdoor activity in the Village Museum, etc, The benefits of using games and game strategies to make learning permanent, Developing the "Game-Based Teaching for Long-Term Learning" Guide; presentations by activists fighting for children's rights; parallel workshops Reporting for Peace; motivational message workshops; training provided by a social worker; Child rights in sport; debate on the fight for child rights in Poland; strategies to combat a business, workshops on strategies to combat bullying; strategies to combat the rights of the child; strategies to strengthen a relationship of Trinity in coal; presenting ways to fall victim to Cyberbullying; Safety strategies to ensure protection against cyberbullying attacks; Creating collaborative online learning environments; and; security strategies to ensure protection against cyberbullying attacks; Safe use of web tools and programs; Advice words for parents; The prevalence and effects of cyberbullying on children through social networks;

Every mobility has worked to achieve a project result. During the mobility in Romania, it was discussed the realization of the "Game-Based Teaching for Long-Term Learning" guide, where the participants suggested a total of 26 teaching methods based on the game. In the mobility from Poland, it was discussed to carry out the questionnaire "Do you know your rights?” where were suggested 13 questions that can compose this questionnaire. In the mobility in Turkey, it was discussed for the realization of the Decalogue „No Bullying” where they suggested 10 rules that a child must know in order to avoid or stop aggression. In the mobility in Portugal, it was discussed for the implementation of the „Online Safety Guide”, where ways of behavior of a cyberbullying victim were suggested and how these victims can be helped toand return. All these results aimed to prevent early school leaving, reduce school absenteeism, improve aggressive behavior, increase social, emotional and psychological development, develop teamwork and problem-solving skills for students.
