Through the project „New learning and training opportunities in tourism and gastronomy through Erasmus+”, we have set ourselves the following objectives: - Acquisition of new professional knowledge by 23 students in the field of tourism and gastronomy from the two partner institutions; - development of linguistic, intercultural and social skills, teamwork practice, adaptation to new working environments for 23 students from the field of tourism and gastronomy from the two partner institutions; - prevention of the risk of social exclusion by the fact that 14 students come exclusively from rural areas from different socio-economic backgrounds presenting a risk of social exclusion: financial difficulties, single-parent families or with parents working abroad, not having the opportunity to get to know the values and culture of EU countries and to acquire skills and abilities that contribute to a quick insertion in the labour market, including European.

The following types of activities were carried out: I. Preparatory activities for project implementation: 1. Project launch: - Announcement of the project approval in the CP - Announcement of partners on project approval - Publication of the project on the school website and Facebook page - Approval: procedures, project activities 2. Formation of teams of teachers and pupils - Discussion and planning of implementation strategies/vs evaluators' comments II. Project implementation activities: 1. Getting to know each other! 2. 'The Voronean school, a school of the sec. XXI' 3. 'Growing through Erasmus+' 4. Transnational training and professional development activities (peer learning) Romania - Turkey - according to the Training Agenda 5. Implementation of evaluation sheets, monitoring of language progress of mobility students 6. Activity 'Turkish Gastronomy - a journey that will delight your senses'. 7. Transnational training and professional development activities (peer learning) Turkey - Romania 'Multiculturality, friendship and gastronomy in Erasmus+' - according to the Training Agenda 9. Turkish gastronomy at home in Romania 8. We applied, we won, we learned!

At the end of the project implementation period we have created, implemented and distributed the following PRODUCTS, which will contribute to the Open Educational Resources Collection: 1. School presentation film in Romanian and English; 2. Project logo; 3. Erasmus+ corner; 4. Erasmus+ magazine in digital and physical format; 5. Learning journal; 6. Gastronomic brochure 'High School Chefs' in Romanian and English produced together with the Turkish team 7. International mobility film; 8. Journal of travel impressions; 9. CDL 'Kitchens of the world - Getting to know Turkish cuisine through Erasmus+'.
