Improving the skills of social workers to approach domestic violence through the transfer of good European practices. - The analysis of the existing training offers, as well as on the EU policy, ensuring openness to the needs of social workers, as well as ensuring accessible and quality training opportunities, to adapt the VET to labor market. O2. Improving skills of social workers to involve and maintain former victims of domestic violence in prevention programs, to facilitate women which have gone through treatment after a personal experience as victims of domestic violence, and integrated them in a form of participation. O3. Raising the awareness of local community about the effects, which stereotypes and prejudices of gender inequality correlate with the increased rate of cases of domestic violence.
