▶Summary
Our project aims to improve education in the Penal and Correctional Institutions in Sombor and Baja, reducing illiteracy among inmates and facilitating their integration into the workforce after release. We offer comprehensive literacy programs and vocational training, aiming to empower inmates and reduce recidivism. Ultimately, our goal is to break the cycle of crime and promote positive reintegration into the community.
▶Objectives
By implementing the project, we aim to encourage a better quality of education in the Prison through content digitalization and the introduction of new modules.
▶Activities
The activities we implemented in the project included equipment procurement, preparation, digitalization, and implementation of educational content, as well as the creation of digital manuals.
▶Impact
Concrete results of this project include the development of digital manuals, which were used for conducting lessons throughout the project's duration and continue to be utilized even after its completion.
