The project called "Learning in Difficult Times" focuses on getting society and adults who want education in the most difficult times, and how they can get the education they need. The aim of this project is to use educational technology in training given to adult learners. Today, when we say technology, internet-based information technology comes to mind. Due to the recent coronavirus epidemic, information technologies have gained more importance. In addition, it has become important for learners to learn by themselves. Because learners now have to learn alone and use distance education technology. The main effect of this project is to help spread distance education program. There are difficult times in human life such as avalanches, floods, earthquakes and epidemics. Despite these difficulties, educational activities should continue. But how? This project focuses on this question.

All practices committed within the scope of the project have been implemented. In addition to achieving the outputs stated in the results section below, this project has also achieved some intangible and cultural gains. This project achieved the following EU priorities: 1. Improving the availability of high quality learning opportunities for adults: Within the framework of this article, project participant adults are included in the learning activities. They participated in international travel. As both learners and teachers, they are informed about alternative ways of learning in difficult times. 2. Improving the competencies of educators and other adult education staff: Educators attended workshops and received training on maintaining educational activities in difficult times, leading learners, and increasing learner motivation. 3. Digital skills and competencies and Development of disadvantaged rural and urban areas: Educators, especially those responsible for the education of disabled and immigrant individuals, were invited to these studies. All activities committed within the scope of the project application form have been carried out. Activities carried out within this framework are: 1. LEAD Method in My Educational Work – Handbook for Teachers and Adult Learners: The book consists of 106 pages and 6 chapters. Each of the first 5 chapters was prepared by partner countries. The 6th chapter, which includes implementation scenarios, was prepared with the collective contribution of all partner countries. 2. TPM: Within the scope of the project, 2 TPMs were organized. The first of these was held in Sakarya/Turkey between 27 November and 1 December 2022. The main agenda of the meeting is face-to-face meeting, concretization of task distribution and organization of activities to be carried out for 2 years. In addition to academic studies, cultural activities are also included. 3. Learning, Teaching, Training Activity: Within the scope of the project, 2200 students and instructors took part in activities. 4. Piloting Trials: Pilot implementation of 6 scenarios suitable for the project topic was carried out. 5. Webpage of project: https://lead-euproject.online/ 6.
