Objectives The project aim is: - to train the participants as resource persons in developing employment skills of youth from disadvantaged groups; - to improve the teaching skills of the participants - to improve the quality, attractiveness and the European dimension of activities that attract to the labor market young people from vulnerable groups; - to develop a Guideline with non-formal tools dedicated to facilitating the integration of young people into the labour market, equal opportunities and Activities The capacity building training activities based on provided the participants an intercultural learning process based on receiving information from experts, professional skills development, exchange of experience and good practices. The participants made an exchange of good practices in non formal methods and tools and applied them with youth from rural areas from Iasi. The participants received specialized training kits and Youthpass certificate Impact The participants will develop through our project trans-disciplinary competences. They will increase their key competences and entrepreneurship knowledge and thus this will lead to a boost of their self confidence and be more prepared for the employment realities. In addition, the competences acquired will help them in their personal lives as well, being more capable to adapt to different social contexts and interact with new people.
