Objectives

1. Supplying 50+ regional catalysts with high-quality, flexible capacity building in areas that help them to increase their impact in promoting regional system change towards sustainability and resilience in the face of ecological and social crises. 2. Develop principles and best practices how to effectively support regenerative regional development through hosting trans-regional exchange between members of the target group and regular reflections in a transnational team of hosts. 3. Disseminate these principles and best practices by summarising and visualising our insights in a booklet and a poster and presenting them at two multiplier-events with 60+ participants. 4. Build a foundation for transnational cooperation to promote regenerative regional development by creating a common working basis among the project partners and strengthening the link between the organisations. 5. Develop a live transregional participatory networking format fostering transregional cooperation, mutual understanding and a shared identity. Prototype this format as a four-day event (“Fest der Regionen” = “Festival of Regions”) as a basis for future replication.
