The specific objectives were: - to examine the status quo at a national level on inclusive employment in the GLAM sector in the partner countries; - to enhance the capacity of adult education providers to provide for more flexible and high quality learning opportunities for adults with disabilities; - to equip adult educators with strategies and practical scenarios for training adults with disabilities through flexible learning opportunities, adapted to their needs; - to provide for flexible digital and blended learning opportunities for adults with disabilities, particularly those with ASD, for joining the GLAM workforce; - to promote awareness and a culture of equal access and non-discrimination for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector, focussing on institutional training for GLAM professionals, especially in HR departments; - to strengthen efforts to support all those involved in the GLAM labour market, to make use of existing or new spaces and advocate for equal access and non-discrimination for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector; - to inspire co-creation strategies among different stakeholders for policy making for equal access and non-discrimination for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector.

INCLUDED consisted of 5 WPs, separated in several activities. Those focussing on content work (WP2, WP3, WP4) can be outlined as follows: WP2: Development of a framework for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector, data collection and analyses on inclusive employment in the partner countries and beyond. Development of a short summary and a comprehensive report on presenting the results. WP3: Development of a toolkit for (adult) educators with learning scenarios fostering inclusive employment in the GLAM sector. Development of a blended learning course with learning videos in EN and all partner languages, embedded in an online learning platform. Pilot tests with people facing development/learning disorders in all partner countries. WP4: Development of a framework for planning and implementing Living Labs supporting inclusive employment in the GLAM sector. Implementation of Living Lab activities on inclusive employment in the partner countries. Definition of strategies/measures/activities/policies fostering inclusive employment in the GLAM sector at a local and regional level in the partner countries. Development of guidelines summarizing all findings. WP5: Dissemination/exploitation activities for ensuring a maximum impact.

Concrete outputs of INCLUDED are: - National reports on inclusive Employment in the GLAM sector with stories of adults with disabilities (WP2); - Guide for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector, embedded in open innovation (focussing on recruitment, equality and diversity screenings of recruitment processes) (WP2); - A co-created modular course for persons with disabilities (especially development/learning disorders), relevant for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector (WP3); - A toolkit and learning/training activities for adult educators to enable them to harness the potential of upskilling for adults with disabilities (WP3); - Creation of INCLUDED Living Labs to foster inclusive employment in GLAM institutions (WP4); - Dissemination seminars for GLAM professionals and other relevant stakeholders in education and public administration. Other results: - Awareness raising for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector at a local and regional level (by implementing Living Labs). - Better understanding of how to include people with learing/development disorders (especially ASD) in worklife. - Definition of measures/activities fostering inclusive employment which can be even used for other sectors and at a European level.
