Primary objective was to enhance our pupils’ fundamental reading and writing skills,from preschool to the primary education final years.A key focus was on promoting inclusion,particularly for pupils with special needs,those from disadvantaged backgrounds,and those at risk of dropping out.By addressing these specific challenges,the project aimed to bridge educational gaps and provide equal learning opportunities for all pupils,regardless of their particularities. To achieve this,we combined traditional teaching methods with carefully selected digital tools and activities,both enriching the learning process introducing innovative approaches.Besides, the project integrated a strong focus on environmental issues,recognising the importance of teaching pupils not only academic skills but also social and ecological responsibility. In this way,we aimed to raise awareness and develop 'green skills' among our pupils,fostering eco-responsible behaviours that could extend beyond the classroom,into their homes and communities.By equipping our pupils—and,potentially,their parents—with the knowledge and tools to adopt more sustainable practices,we aimed to create lasting changes,both in terms of academic success and environmental stewardship.

First of all, we discussed a lot and exchanged about our good practices, then, we involved our pupils in a wide variety of practical hands-on activities inside the classroom walls with a more “traditional” methodology like reading and writing articles, stories and books in both material or digital versions. Afterwards, we introduced more “recreational” activities implying craft work and skills like creating games or books. Many activities took place outside for more environmental awareness like visiting recycling centres, collecting wastes, building composting units.

We strongly believe we have produced both tangible and intangible results. First, we have noticed an increased interest and motivation among all our pupils and this has led them to improved reading and writing skills and as a consequence a more enjoyable school experience, better overall inclusion and less school dropping-out. Next, all the participants have been able to measure the current negative human impact on the planet and realise how important it is to adopt greener behaviours. Besides, each partner has produce reusable deliverables which they are now able to share within and outside the partnership.
