CEATY objectives are: • Enhance knowledge and skills: Increase teachers' understanding of energy efficiency, climate change, household-level solutions. Develop their abilities to design customized learning programs, utilize digital technologies and e-learning methodologies. Improve students' understanding of energy consumption and environmental impact. • Promote active learning and behavioural change: Increase awareness of energy saving benefits through interactive quizzes and game-like activities, motivate teachers and students to become informed active energy consumers. • Empower students as Clean Energy Ambassadors:Encourage students to share knowledge with their families and peers, which extend project's impact beyond classroom, fostering a wider culture of sustainable practices. • Develop innovative educational resources:Create a user-friendly e-learning platform and supporting materials that promote environmental awareness and behavioural changes in energy consumption. • Protecting environment and fighting against climate change: Increase climate literacy by comprehensive online training, empower youth as agents of change, provide teachers with effective tools and knowledge to engage students with environment related topic.

CEATY is an online climate and energy training initiative designed to contribute to EU target to net zero emissions by 2050 by education, public awareness and cooperation. Led by the need for collective climate action CEATY partners recognized a gap in existing educational initiatives. Based on their experience in both formal education and clean energy sector, partners identified a lack of accessible and relevant climate education engaging young people to be agents of change. CEATY partners aimed to develop a complete online climate and energy training program to cater to specific needs and learning styles of school children aged 12 to 16. CEATY aimed to foster an understanding of climate change and green energy sources among young people by knowledge and promotion of sustainable practices within families, schools, and wider communities. CEATY recognized teachers' role in disseminating climate literacy, enhanced their understanding of climate science and clean energy solutions, their expertise in digital tools for effective education. CEATY created a lasting impact on educational practices and climate awareness into school curricula, inspiring a shift in values and behaviour for a greener and sustainable future for all.

The concrete outputs include 3 core components: 1.Developing a comprehensive methodology and strategy for climate, energy, and environmental education:It comprises needs analyses, surveys, and consultations with teachers to identify knowledge gaps and define suitable methodologies. 2.Creating a Toolkit for Clean Energy Ambassadors and an online CEATY Clean Energy game: It involved developing engaging and informative content on climate change, energy efficiency, sustainable living, as well as an informative and entertaining online game. 3.Developing a CEATY E-learning platform:It involved creating an interactive and user-friendly online platform with training modules. They are directly linked to CEATY priorities: •Raising social awareness:By enhancing knowledge and promoting active learning, CEATY contributed to raising social awareness about energy consumption, energy saving, and climate action. •Developing digital readiness: CEATY fostered digital readiness by motivating teachers and students to utilize innovative e-learning platform and digital tools for learning and collaboration. By producing the concrete outputs and results, CEATY contributes to a more sustainable future through education, awareness, and behavioural change.
