▶Objectives
The project aimed to share partners' experience in the field of supporting women's competences for the labour market; specifically in the field of establishment and running sustainable businesses, and in using modern IT tools for marketing purposes. On the basis of combining partners' knowledge, a hybrid (online/offline) training course should have been developed and piloted with 30 women from 3 partners' countries in total. The training course should have supported women's entrepreneurship and its promotion using online tools while bearing in mind green issues going hand in hand with EU Green Deal and with increasing customers’ demand for green products. An international social-media based group for sharing experience and/or products, tips and tricks, homework outcomes and successful stories among the project participants and the project promoters should have been established. 12 best practice examples - i.e. role-models in form of blog-based interviews should have been published and compiled to an e-Book with the aim to increase women's motivation to establish and run green businesses. All of the project's objectives were fully fulfilled - see below.
