▶Objectives
Continue and innovate successful Erasmus projects focused on international ICT competitions. Develop three project scenarios for school and international rounds of competitions to be included in a brochure and shared among schools. Organise 3 international meetings including competitions and preparation for them in individual schools. Improve the labour market position of students through project activities that include ICT and foreign language skills, which are essential for university studies and future careers. Improve students' communication skills in foreign languages and expand their professional vocabulary focusing on ICT concepts while working in international teams. Integrate new IT technologies, such as 3D printing and modelling, into the educational process. Encourage teachers to collaborate in comparing thematic plans, exploring new topics and sharing experiences through internal forums and online ICT tutorials. Gain a deeper understanding of the school and cultural backgrounds of different regions and collaborate with local businesses to develop project scenarios and workshops. Promote the importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyles alongside technical skills. To increase the interest of girls in ICT.
▶Activities
Creation of project teams of partner schools. Creation of project website, e-twinning environment, shared google drive for storing materials, documents, photos, videos from individual project activities. Commissioning of individual project scenarios in English for the school and international rounds of the competition, expert discussion of these scenarios in cooperation with local companies, translation of these scenarios into national languages. Three inter. meetings including international competitions. Excursions to Microsot, AIJU - the Technological Institute of toy, information system in dairy and biotechnological companies) Workshops (Climpchamp, Webnode, Canva, printing graphics on T-shirts, film making). Evaluation and analysis of each international meeting and brochure using online questionnaires. Creation, printing and distribution of brochure from individual scripts for school and international competition rounds. Dissemination of materials produced to other schools, regional partners. Editing of project and partner school websites (articles, photos, videos), social sharing. Visiting cultural sites and sport activities, not only during international meetings. International evaluation and dissemination conferences.
▶Impact
Creation of a brochure of examples containing 6 scenarios (assignments for school and international competition) in 5 languages (English, Polish, Czech, Icelandic, Spanish). A project website that contains a description of the project, the main outputs (the booklet of examples including source files, reports and the programme of international meetings including the results of the international competition and the partner organisations involved in the project. Comparison of knowledge and skills in the areas of ICT and English language - three school rounds and three international rounds of competitions including their preparation. Organisation of 3 international meetings: 11/2022 (CR, Poland - 12 students, 9 teachers), 4/2023 (Spain - 13 students, 8 teachers) and 9/2023 (Iceland - 12 students and 8 teachers). Strengthening cooperation between schools and local companies and institutions (field trips, workshops, discussions on assignment examples) 3D printing of souvenirs. Use of new applications and features in teaching ICT and vocational subjects. Improvement of communication skills in English language, expansion of ICT vocabulary. Increase students' motivation to learn ICT and English. Equal representation of girls in ICT.
