Opening Digital World's Doors to #NEXT Digital Generations

We submitted the project application with the aim of improving English language teaching and supporting teachers in using modern methods. We addressed low student motivation, outdated teaching approaches, and limited use of digital tools. The project focused on developing digital skills, connecting education with practical experience through journalism, and ensuring inclusive learning. The goal was also to promote international collaboration between schools and create a sustainable model that will remain useful even after the project ends.

The goal of the project is to innovate English language teaching by using journalism as a tool for developing students' language and digital skills. The project supports teachers through a digital platform with learning materials and e-learning courses that help effectively implement modern teaching methods. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork, with students collaborating on international digital magazines. The project promotes inclusivity and accessibility in education to ensure it is available to a wide range of students. The ultimate goal is not only to improve language skills but also to create a sustainable educational model that schools can utilize even after the project ends.

As part of the project, we implemented several key activities aimed at modernizing English language teaching and developing digital skills for both students and teachers. Digital educational materials and an e-learning platform were created, enabling teachers to incorporate innovative methods into their lessons. Online webinars and training sessions were conducted for teachers, focusing on the use of journalism in language teaching. Students collaborated on the creation of international digital magazines, enhancing their language and communication skills. The project also included physical mobilities, where partners exchanged experiences and best practices. Regular monitoring and evaluation of results were carried out through surveys and online meetings. The entire project was supported by digital tools, facilitating effective collaboration between partners and ensuring the sustainability of its outcomes even after its completion.

The main outputs of the project include a digital educational platform with learning materials and e-learning courses that support an innovative approach to teaching English. Methodological materials were developed for teachers, focusing on the use of journalism as a tool for enhancing students' language skills. Another significant result was the creation and publication of international digital magazines, which students prepared in collaboration with their foreign partners. The project also strengthened the digital competencies of teachers and students through webinars and training sessions. Thanks to regular monitoring and evaluation, teaching methods were improved and adapted to the needs of students. The project results are sustainable and can be used beyond its completion in further educational activities.
