Objectives

The project aimed to develop and implement a structured blended learning approach tailored for primary and secondary schools in Europe. Its main objectives were to create a competence model for teachers and students (of age 11-16) supporting digital readiness and blended learning skills, to establish a learning community connecting teachers, students, and families, and to provide concrete tools such as training modules, hands-on approach scenarios, an online community platform, and toolkits. The competence model was designed through a co-design process with teachers as the primary target group, based on results from an analysis survey conducted at the start of the project. The learning community promoted communication and collaboration among stakeholders. The project also aimed to equip teachers with methodologies for blended learning, encourage students’ self-directed learning and soft skills development, and engage families through dedicated resources. All outcomes contributed to aligning national school practices with European-level digital transformation objectives in education.

Activities

The project was implemented through following main activities: 1. Creation of the A3Learning competence model starting from the requirements based on the survey analysis and co-design sessions feedbacks 2. Creation of on-line A3Learning platform with community space for the A3Learning community 4.
