Access to information is a fundamental right. The UN passed a resolution on July 5, 2012 establishing that "every individual has the right to connect and express him/herself freely on the Internet." Internet access is recognized as a fundamental right. In the case of migrants, Article 19 takes on its full meaning: In a context of dematerialization of administrative exchanges, of remote access to information such as housing, employment or training, migrant people are currently experiencing a situation of digital exclusion due to lack of digital skills. As a response to the lack of digital skills for migrants, many migrant support organizations (MSOs) have developed digital training. It is clear that : - Most of these trainings use language and writing, additional barriers to accessing information ; - Few of them use the resources available to migrants (smartphones, social networks...); - Few of them also aim at producing information- The skills acquired are difficult to transfer from one country to another and it is therefore necessary to wait until migrants are further along in their journey to have access to them, whereas this progress is conditional on obtaining digital skills; - The digital uses of migrants are not well known

The aims of the project was to support migrantorganizations (MSOs) to gain autonomy to integrate into Europe through access to information and online information production. More specifically to identify the skills needed for migrants to access online information and produce resources. Also to co-construct elements of a training system to facilitate migrants' access to online and digital information Production

The following activities were implementated; - Project Management and Administration - Online methodology workshop and survey on the use of ICT by migrants - Creation of an online library to identify existing work on the topic - Production of elements of innovative training tools - Workshop/training with the target group (migrants) - Communication/dissemination plan to disseminate the results, articles

There was a tested training workshop with participants to evaluate the performance of the various devices. In addition, the training content was revised and evaluated - A digital library was created, listing existing resources. - A deliverable on ICT and migrants was disseminated to about 50 migrant support organisations in Europe and 5 online platforms. Articles have been disseminated on the partners' websites and their various networks. - Facilitates the integration of migrants in Europe through the mastery of basic digital tools. - The project partners have a better knowledge of the digital needs and uses of the beneficiaries of their actions being the in this case the migrants
