Objectives

In implementing our project, we aimed to highlight the benefits of STEM fields and encourage women to consider technical careers. Our vision aimed not only to raise awareness of innovative technologies among a wider public, especially the older generation, but also to highlight the career opportunities and educational pathways available. It was our ambition to provide women over 45 with the necessary resources and skills to remain competitive in the ever-changing labour market. To this end, we designed a comprehensive communication strategy, including an intensive presence on social media and posts on EPALE, to highlight our more informal educational offer. Our aim was to create a professional community for all interested women so that they feel empowered not to have to compete as lone warriors against existing structures.
