By implementing the Digi-Mentor project, we aimed to provide a much-needed sense of hope and opportunity to individuals severely impacted by the war in Ukraine and economic uncertainty in Europe. Our goal was to help Ukrainian refugees and those who lost jobs find a sustainable path to rebuild their lives, equipping them with essential digital skills and competencies to thrive in a foreign environment. This project sought to guide participants in re-entering the labor market, contributing to society and the economy, and developing entrepreneurial skills they can take back to Ukraine once the war ends. Through Digi-Mentor, we wanted to offer personalized support, teleworking options, and pathways to entrepreneurship to meet individual needs. By fostering digital literacy, creative and critical thinking, and confidence, the project aimed to empower individuals to fulfill their dreams and gain independence. Ultimately, Digi-Mentor aspired to create lasting inclusion and economic sustainability for those most affected by these global challenges.
