Improve quilty of VET in HVAC Sector Improve skills of personal involved in practical training enable and sensibilze VET Trainers to provide seminars and workshops on upskilling affective elarning goals Enableing and support SMEs in: - managing educational challenges in a rapid changing technology sector and supporting innovation in practical training - connecting technical and theoretical background with practical knowlegde - supporting the workforce integration in companies' working processes develop a curriculum that: - better performing trainees and, as a consequence 1) increasing for them the chances to be hired 2) strengthening the overall programme of WBL instruments, showing their outcomes 3) restoring European economy as a whole - improved sensitivity of practical VET educators on heterogenity of apprentices (WBL users/trainees) - improved systematic qualification and high level development of pedagogical, as well as professional and social skills.

2 activities: 1. theoretical activities - design a didactic tool (HANDBOOK) of 60 pages - organise a 2-days CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR for the upskilling of WBL tutors and VET teachers in order for them to create forward-looking, individual WBL pathways for learners/WBL users. The goal is to create an innovative WBL procedure consisting of a sequence of activities carried out during the learning process, likely to inspire WBL professionals in their daily job. Indeed, this seeks to enable tutors to choose actions from a variety of useful learning tools and techniques. The proposed model will be structured as follows: a. Design of individual WBL pathways according to the specific needs of the apprentice, with a special focus on affective learning goals (soft skills' enhancement); b. Monitoring and assessment, lessons learned (boosting critical thinking). (Testing phase) 2. implementation and disemination of results: provising workshops in Germany and Italy nationwide dissemination. engaging other stakeholders inside and outside Europe
