TEXAS - TEXtile gAme of Sustainability

The project improves vocational training in the textile industry by focusing on sustainable production, recycling and circular economy. The interactive business game helps participants to improve their skills through play and to meet the demands of the future international textile industry. It also provides an opportunity to increase value creation and produce higher quality products to compete in the international market. By working with the Slovene Textile Association and expanding the project to other countries in the Balkan region, it can also address the skills shortage and outdated vocational training in the textile industry and set the sector up for a sustainable and successful future.

Firstly, the interactive business game aims to help improve vocational training in the textile industry by providing participants with the necessary skills to meet the demands of a sustainable and international textile industry. Another objective of the project is to promote sustainable production, recycling and circular economy in order to orient the sector towards a more environmentally friendly and future-proof orientation. The project also aims to increase the added value in Slovenia and other countries in the Balkan region by producing higher quality products and competing on the international market. Finally, the project aims to help address the skills shortage and outdated vocational training in the textile industry by training skilled professionals and setting the sector up for a successful future.
