Green Job Growth

Objectives The main objective of GJG is to prepare youth workers with the necessary knowledge and skills to guide young people along a green employability path, with a focus on those generic green skills and competences that youth organizations can provide. GJG is in line with Erasmus+ programme general objectives because the running of this KA2 on green skills and employability, will support the lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of youth workers. Activities GJG will be run in the three main phases: Phase 1:Sept. 2022 – Febr. 2023 -Kickoff meeting -Development of Pedagogies and competences guidebook -management & dissemination activities Phase 2:March 2023 –Sept. 2023 -Intermediate meeting -Development of the E-learning modules -Training event for youth workers -management & dissemination activities Phase 3:Oct. 2023 –Febr. 2024 -Final meeting -Development of Toolkit for youth workers -management & dissemination activities -Final conferences. Impact Through GJG, youth workers will count on a full set of open educational resources which will allow them to develop new skills and learnt how to favour young people insertion in a labour market always more green and so to don’t be excluded. Through the PRs youth workers will also reinforce their practical methods, tools and practices that they can adopt and adapt to their context and so make it easier to realize new programmes for youth.
