Objectives

Our primary aim in implementing the project was to address various challenges and disparities prevalent in education. By integrating the gamification educational approach, we sought to achieve several overarching objectives: Tackling Learning Disadvantage: We aimed to enable success for all students, especially those facing learning disadvantages or fewer opportunities. Through student-centered approaches, we intended to tailor education to the individual needs of each learner, particularly focusing on students with special education needs. Improving Learning Outcomes: By adopting gamification techniques, we aimed to facilitate easier learning for students with learning difficulties. This approach not only prioritizes individualized learning but also encourages active engagement and participation, leading to improved competencies and skills acquisition. Enhancing Educator Competences: By sharing good practices and methodologies, we aimed to equip teachers with the necessary skills to effectively implement gamification strategies in their teaching practices. In alignment with the broader goals of promoting inclusion and diversity in education, our project prioritized students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
