The main objective of the project was to raise the competences of cleaning professionals through quality training materials and improved access to skills upgrading. To achieve the objective the project planned to achieve following results: 1) developed a modern online teaching material for cleaning professionals at EQF level 5 2) materials are tested by learners and made available for distance and hybrid learning in Moodle. Objectives were in-line with following priorities: - Adapting VET to labor market needs: training materials address skills gaps in cleaning management, equipping students, cleaning companies staff members for upgrading their skills. - Increasing flexibility in VET: Moodle-based materials allow distance learning and flexible forms of learning supporting adults, working persons, and those with access barriers. - Enhancing educator competencies: Joint trainings, material sharing, and collaborative events improve VET teachers' skills, adding value to training quality.

Main activities of the project were: 1) Teachers training 1 (Jan 16-18, 2023, Oulu, Finland - 11 participants): A seminar to review existing materials, define quality standards, and assign partner duties for training materials preparation. 2) Training modules development: Each partner created content for 2 modules, selected on the seminar, shared drafts, and refined content collaboratively. 3) Teachers training 2 (Oct 17-19, 2023, Kalamata, Greece - 10 participants): Benchmarking materials, test lectures, and peer evaluation. Peer evaluation report. 4) Moodle courses: Training materials, translated, edited, localised and uploaded for open access on Moodle and Pinja platforms. 5) Piloting the modules: Organising hybrid and online courses, testing and feedback collection from 42 learners. Prepared quality report. 6) Launch and dissemination: 8 events organised and carried out to share project results with 102 beneficiaries. 7) Final seminar (Sept 5-6, 2024, Kalamata, Greece, 7 participants): Evaluation and impact assessment.

The project’s main result is 6 modules of online teaching material for cleaning professionals at EQF level 5, inin Estonian, Finnish and Greek languages. Materials are accessible on an online platform (Moodle and Pinja). These modules support those looking to advance in cleaning management and offer flexible distance or hybrid learning options in Estonia, Finland, and Greece benefiting VET students, working adults to support their professional skills competencies. Project collaborative approach improved also teachers/staff professional competencies, digital and language skills and thus impact on better teaching quality. The MODULE project tracked quantitative indicators with these results: - 6 modules developed — fully achieved. - 12 teachers/staff involved — 13 teachers/staff collaborated. - 30 students testing modules — 42 learners piloted the course. - 6 modules published on Moodle (Pinja) in 3 languages — fully achieved. - 90 participants at launch events — in total 8 events with 102 participants - 120 individuals accessing Moodle materials — 208 registred users by the end of the project. - 12 teachers/staff in trainings — 28 participations in trainings by 13 people. - 24 articles/publications — 25 published.
