Objectives

The objectives that we achieved through the development of the project have been - To promote the inclusion of migrants, humanitarian migrants and refugees through the development of a methodological framework and innovative training material, which facilitates the design of training programmes and the training of migrants/refugees integrated into the hosting society as Peer Mentors in the reception phase. - To develop an innovative training material that allows organizations and training centres that work on the processes of initial insertion of newly-arrived migrants to have completely innovative learning resources that they can use in the programs and insertion itineraries for the individualisation of learning paths - To work with the group under the criteria of key competences for employability, according to an integral perspective of social and labour insertion that answers to the challenge of integrating the group in the host society - To create common spaces for non-formal training based on Peer Mentoring, which promote interaction with the local work culture by encouraging shared and creative learning
