Throughout these two years, both institutions have aimed to share the study of two strategic areas recognised as World Heritage Sites, reinforcing cooperation between students who create links while working for sustainable development and who end up knowing and valuing the environment around them. In the perspective of the European Education Area 2025 and the 2030 Agenda, our challenge has been to turn our students into ambassadors for European identity, so that ultimately, they are the ones who promote the knowledge of the historical and cultural legacy of the European Union present in both territories, and who are the agents of change towards a Europe that is more respectful of its own environment. Our goal has always been to include all pupils in all activities and for the older ones to become for the younger ones a reference for European values such as solidarity and diversity. In this way it has been easy to promote curiosity, empathy, teamwork and thus improve school coexistence. All of this is moving towards a digital transition where European languages are not a barrier to communication but bridges of union and cultural enrichment.

The success of the CAVA project lies in the fact that we have been able to carry out all the planned activities. At the same time that we started our journey by setting out our aims, we began to select international pupil ambassadors, the real protagonists of our project. Through different training talks, the group of ambassadors has grown over the two years and we have been able to include students from practically all grades in the different tasks that have made up the activity that has been the backbone of the project: respect for the environment and sustainability. They have all assumed responsibility for the project and have passed on the ideals of the CAVA project to the young students. While we continued to record our progress, a group of pupils from both centres were able to visit the heritage of the partner centre and appreciate the beauty of the natural surroundings in situ. At the same time, another group has been designing digital tools to compile all this legacy. The project concluded with two emotional events, broadcast live on Youtube, where all the results were presented and all the people who collaborated were also invited.

The main result for both schools is that the students have become the protagonists of a significant learning process that has changed the idiosyncrasy of the two institutions. More than one hundred students from each school have become Erasmus ambassadors for the knowledge and learning of the heritage of both territories. Learning about the value of the partner school's region has increased internationalisation and the European dimension. The awareness-raising work on environmental protection has been translated into ecological actions such as the creation and maintenance of a school garden or recycling and sustainability measures. The research work on the heritage environment has resulted in several final products to get to know the heritage: a guide on historical heritage, a mobile application in the languages of both schools or board games that will have a huge impact on the locality. In addition, we have had the opportunity to publish all the activities in different media, social networks and conferences. Finally, we have recorded in different videos the creations of the students, the training talks or the final presentations in both centres involved.
