โ–ถObjectives

The project aimed to address gender inequalities in the workplace by fostering inclusive cultures and reducing stereotypes through a comprehensive gender mainstreaming process. It sought to raise awareness about organizational gaps and discriminatory practices, empower women, and encourage equitable treatment within workplaces. The project recognized that achieving gender equality required more than isolated actions; it required a systematic approach embedded into the fabric of organizational culture. Through careful assessment, targeted training, and strategic planning, EQUALISER worked to inspire companies to institutionalize gender equality as an ongoing, integral process. It emphasized the importance of equipping organizations with the tools and knowledge to identify and address gender disparities while fostering a shared commitment to inclusivity at all levels. The initiative engaged both management and employees in training programs designed to create secure, supportive work environments where individuals could thrive, regardless of gender or background. EQUALISER's objectives included providing innovative digital tools to support gender mainstreaming, developing tailored training courses suited to the unique needs.
