The primary objectives of the Equalling 2.0 project are: Enhancing Educator Competencies: To develop the skills and knowledge of adult educators in coeducation, inclusion, and intersectional and transcultural approaches, empowering them to better address the diverse needs of learners. Improving Learner Opportunities: To provide adult learners—particularly those from vulnerable groups—with accessible learning materials and opportunities for personal and professional development, fostering their inclusion in society and the workforce. Creating Innovative Resources: To design and pilot an online training program for adult educators, complemented by resources like andragogical materials, guides on universal design for learning, and multimedia tools (e.g., video edu-pills), all aimed at enhancing inclusive teaching practices. The project aims to strengthen both educators' and learners' competencies, thereby promoting social equity and inclusion through education.
