The D’Driven project aims to achieve specific Scientific Objectives (SOs), Technical Objectives (TOs), and Social Impact Objectives (IOs). SOs:1)Create a flexible,75-hour educational protocol for training directors and staff in understanding deaf culture and accommodation needs,2)Gather data on the program's effectiveness in changing attitudes towards inclusion, marginalization,and stigmatization of the deaf community, 3)Collect data supporting the hypothesis that the program benefits deaf individuals in terms of self-confidence,employment access,and quality of life. TOs:1)Develop an asynchronous learning platform with 30 modules, 25 interactive materials, and at least 6 inclusive workshops,2)Introduce assistive technology tools for practical use in the workplace for DHH individuals,3)Create curricula and materials to help DHH individuals navigate modern workplaces, including resume writing, interview presentation, and advocating for their needs. IOs:1)Prepare employers to create inclusive, deaf-friendly environments,2)Train deaf individuals on CV creation and promoting their skills,3)Compile lists of assistive technologies in each country for organizational inclusion,4)Reduce exclusion, marginalization,and stigmatization of DHH.
