▶Objectives
The main objective of our DigEmploy project was to empower WoMiN by enhancing their digital literacy and employability (including promoting their entrepreneurship), enabling them to integrate effective into the labor market and society. Specifically, we aimed to: 1. Develop digital readiness, resilience and capacity among the target groups. 2. Equip educators and trainers with innovative curricula and resources tailored to the digital and social needs of WoMiN. 3. Build synergies between labor market stakeholders and vocational education to create relevant and practical training opportunities for WoMiN 4. Contribute to the EU-Wide efforts of addressing social and digital inclusion through scalable and transferable educational solutions.
