Personal learning environment to improve young

Objectives The aim is to create an inclusive digital personalised learning environment that allows serving the most disadvantaged young people, enhancing digital transformation, shaped according to personal concern and facilitating the development of their key competencies. It is about establishing a collection of digital tools and learning flows adapted to the interests of young people in their informal and non-formal learning, which is highly relevant in such a changing environment. Activities The result is the PLE4YOUTH platform which will contain a non-formal e-learning proposal in the SPOOC (Self-Paced Open Online Course) format, complemented by an informal PLE (Personal Learning Environment) for mainly disadvantaged young people, being inclusive, connecting with other young people, learning among peers and allowing them to further research on topics of interest or concern.
